Subprocessor List
This document explains the rules, responsibilities, and protections that apply when you use QEMRA.
Material changes
QEMRA will notify customers of a material new subprocessor that may process Customer Personal Data.
Customers have 15 days to object on legitimate data-protection grounds. QEMRA will try to offer a reasonable alternative where practical. If no workable alternative exists, the customer may terminate the affected service.
Provider terms
Third-party providers operate under their own terms, privacy notices and technical controls. QEMRA selects/configures providers based on security, availability, legal and operational requirements.
