QEMRA legal
Cancellation & Refund Policy
This document explains the rules, responsibilities, and protections that apply when you use QEMRA.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel a QEMRA subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
2. No prorated refunds
QEMRA does not normally refund unused days or partially used subscription periods. This does not limit any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Exceptional refund cases
A refund may be considered where the same charge was duplicated, a verified billing error occurred, payment succeeded but QEMRA could not activate the purchased service due to QEMRA’s fault, or applicable law requires a refund.
4. Request period
An eligible exception request should normally be submitted within 15 days of the relevant charge.
Send requests to noreply@qemra.vmnexa.co.in with the account email, invoice/payment reference, charge date, amount and reason.
5. Third-party messaging charges
Meta/WhatsApp messaging charges or other pass-through costs already incurred may be non-refundable where the underlying provider does not refund those amounts, except where law requires otherwise.
6. Failed payments
A failed renewal receives a 5-day grace period with retry attempts. If payment remains unresolved, live automation may be paused.
7. Chargebacks
If a payment is disputed or reversed, QEMRA may pause the service while the dispute is investigated.
8. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where practical. Settlement time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
