QEMRA legal
Cookie Policy
This document explains the rules, responsibilities, and protections that apply when you use QEMRA.
1. What this policy covers
QEMRA uses cookies and similar browser technologies for security, login, preferences and product analytics.
2. Essential technologies
Essential cookies may be used where permitted because they are needed for authentication, secure sessions, fraud/abuse prevention, load balancing, operational preferences and consent choices.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent QEMRA from working correctly.
3. Analytics
QEMRA uses PostHog to understand onboarding funnels, feature usage and product performance.
Where applicable law requires consent, optional analytics is not activated until that consent is given. Analytics consent can be withdrawn through the cookie/privacy settings made available in the product.
4. Advertising cookies
QEMRA does not use third-party behavioral advertising cookies at launch unless this policy and the consent interface are updated first.
5. Retention
Cookie lifetimes vary by purpose. Session cookies may expire when the session ends; persistent cookies remain only for the period reasonably needed for their stated purpose.
6. Browser controls
Users can also manage cookies through browser settings. Browser-level blocking may affect login or other essential features.
7. Changes
If QEMRA adds a materially different tracking purpose or provider, this policy and, where necessary, the consent interface will be updated.
